Paul Tadman

Paul joined Richmonde Laine in 2014, having worked in the financial advice sector since 1997 and now has over 25 years of experience. Having obtained a Mathematics degree from Leicester University, he began his career at Prudential as an advisor, moving into the independent advice sector shortly afterwards with Frizzells/Liverpool Victoria and subsequently with Berry Birch and Noble and the LEBC Group.

As Head of Advice he is keen to ensure our clients receive high quality financial planning, working closely with firm’s advisors, paraplanners and reporting teams. He is responsible for advisory report generation and management of advice workflows, whilst also regularly assisting advisors with client communications. Paul holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) as well as a PGCE obtained during a short teaching hiatus during his career.

Outside of work, Paul now enjoys running, whilst also being a rugby fan and takes an interest in sports generally. He is also a keen, social board-gamer and occasionally likes to attempt DIY projects with varying levels of success.
